Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@aaaoptics.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you have return inquires more than 30 days after receipt of the merchandise, please contact the manufacturer directly for possible repair or replacement.

Please make sure the item will fit your firearm before placing your order. Please contact your firearm manufacturer to see if the item will fit your firearm. If you are not sure about it, please do not place your order. You are also welcome to send us your firearm's exact model and images to see if it will fit. We will charge up to 15% restocking fees for the orders with complaining "not fit" or "ordered by mistake".
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
To ensure a timely return or exchange, please securely repack the return items, preferably, using the original packaging. Aaaoptics.com is not responsible for any damage caused by inadequate packaging. Additional charges may apply if the item is damaged. If you are using your own shipping label, we recommend that you use an insured and trackable service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
